Attention all Pomona adults! We are beginning a reading program just for you!
Our adult summer reading program is from June 22-August 10, 2009. Join us here this summer at the Pomona Public Library!
Mark your calendars for these great programs:
THURSDAY JUNE 25th @ 5:00pm: Gil Sperry, author of Mariachi For Gringos. Gil will present a fun interactive program on the history of Mariachi Music.
THURSDAY JULY 16th @ 2:00pm: Marijo Jackson, master quilter, Adventures in Quilting. This is a program of the history & craft of quilt making and books.
CRAFTY TUESDAYS: Drop in on Tuesdays at 3:00pm, and learn a craft with a weekly crafting demonstration. You can bring your own craft from home or start working on a "take home" project with a free kit you can get at the library.

JULY 21st: Gift Basket Creations
JULY 28th: Trash to Treasure Craft
AUGUST 4th: Create your own bookmark

AUGUST 6th: 2:00-4:00pm Teen Gaming
ANTIQUE APPRAISAL DAY: JULY 11th @ 2:00pm
Certified appraiser Thomas Ahern will discuss how to evaluate your treasures. Also a demonstration of the Library's Antiques database.
